- Cisco next generation Catalyst WS-C3850-48PW-S is integrated with 48 Ethernet POE ports stackable enterprise level switch with IP base IOS image which delivers full layer 2 and limited layer 3 capabilities in order to offer the feasible solution for access layer and distribution layer. WS-C3850-48PW-S supports industry standard IEEE802.3af POE and bundles with 5 access point licenses providing up to 200 wireless connections. Cisco 3850 series combines both wired and wireless capability on a single platform. Wireless license is required for additional AP: LIC-CTIOS-1A license for 1 access point. StackPower technology enables power stacking capacity in order to power redundancy among stack members. Network uplink modules enhance the flexibility for customer to choose network uplink connectivity. Flexible Netflow intelligence technology monitors every single flow on both wired and wireless users
